IDO Amendments 

Ordinance (O-18-11to amend the IDO to correct errors and omissions was heard on March 14 and March 28 by the Council's Land Use, Planning, and Zoning (LUPZ) Committee. On March 28, LUPZ sent the bill with no recommendation to the full Council.

The project team proposed amendments based on comments and questions since the IDO's adoption, including testimony from the first LUPZ hearing.

Parking below Civic Plaza will be validated. 

The sign-up period to give testimony will begin at 4:30 p.m. There are a limited number of slots to speak during general comments, or you can sign up to speak on the specific agenda item.
