We have been informed by the City of Albuquerque that you are within a one 
mile radius of Barstow Park and therefore you should be informed as to our 
plans.  We are interested in acquiring 1/2 of the "undeveloped" portion of Barstow 
Park.  The remaining 1/2 of the park will remain intact.

If you take no position on the acquisition then please let us know by reply 
email.  If you take a position please contact the undersigned so we may further 
discuss our plans.  Thank you for your time.
