[NENA] Bank of Alb

Hi folks,  Thr Bank of Alb received unanimous approval at the EPC Thur.  ( West side of Wyoming between Holly and Carmel. i spoke in support for NENA. They are complying with all the La Cueva Plan requiremnets, and the design looks very nice.  Hopefully, we will have a new bank some time this year
