[NENA] Car Theft

Hello to All:
   
  A warning: my company car --- 2005, 4-door black Saturn Ion was stolen between 9 pm Sunday and 4:30 am Monday from the pad in front of my garage on NW corner of Oakland and Henriette Wyeth.
   
  Wish I would have been able to follow covenants and park car inside garage, but it's too full of stuff and other car.
   
  No broken glass shards on concrete, no marks, nothing to indicate how the car was stolen. 
   
  Apparently, no witnesses.....or did anyone see anything unusual late Sunday or early Monday? Like a tow mater truck with a car on back?
   
  Of course, I tried to report theft immediately (4:30 am), but discovered APD car theft division doesn't open for business until 8 am, and that's Monday thru Friday.
   
  Has this happened in your neighborhood, or to you? Is car theft on the increase in NorEste Estates? Any recommendations for pre-emptive action to prevent occurance (other than installing video security cams and bringing back the "off-duty police officers")?
