[NENA] Props to APD

Thanks go out to APD and their response and increased presence in the neighborhood.  
 
"Commander Henz told me APD would continue directed activity in NorEste until July 4."
 
Bit of concern though that there seems to be an expiration date.  Perhaps the date merely refers to the "directed activity" and that some presence will still be observed after this coming weekend?
 
Once again, the old adage "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" has proven true.
