All:

As you have likely noticed, construction on the Wyoming/Eagle Rock Low Water Crossing has begun. Please read the below email message from the Project Manager. I will send out a letter better describing the project from them tomorrow.

Jeffrey,

After meeting with the COA and the Water Authority, the plan is to
shutoff two waterlines on Tuesday, April 1st to install two valves which
will make it possible to do the improvements needed without effecting
anyone's service. So Tuesday is the only day that anyone's water is
expected to be shutoff. The Water Authority identified that 10 to 20
houses will lose water for a period of no more than 6 hours. These
residents will be given advance warning by the Water Authority (which is
standard practice).

Last night, the jobsite was vandalized. Equipment windows were broken,
etc. We will be asking the neighbors to report any nighttime activity
to us.

I have asked the city for a drawing of the project for your use. They are
trying to get us something. You may not want to wait on this.

Thanks for the help and let me know what more we can do.
