me by another Neighborhood</DIV>
<DIV>Association President that the Roads Manager for the City admitted to
lowering the numbers for</DIV>
<DIV>road repair just to get the Modern Street Car. This information was
turned over to proper authorities</DIV>
<DIV>to investigate. If you have been driving around Albuquerque and in
our area and noticing potholes,</DIV>
<DIV>it is because the numbers were lowered. Street and road repair is
vital to any community and City which</DIV>
<DIV>is why I'm forming a book of pictures to give to our City Council Member
Winter to know exactly</DIV>
