<DIV>I have proposed some contest ideas to the Board for Nor Este. The
below is an idea for a Pumpkin Carving</DIV>
<DIV>Contest. To participate (if Board approves) all Nor Este residents
would have to do would be carve a pumpkin,</DIV>
<DIV>place outside their house, take a picture and submit picture to the Nor
Este website. Impartial judges will</DIV>
<DIV>determine who's Pumpkin is the best and will award a prize. I have
submitted several ideas to the Board's President. Such a contest would
help beautify the neighborhood and give a more in the spirit streets</DIV>
<DIV>of upcoming Holidays. Below is what another neighborhood did.
