F/S R-08-182, (a bill I sponsored) the City's Decade Plan for Capital
Improvements. Included in the bill are the following appropriations for
District 4 projects:</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>$4,000,000 - North Domingo Baca Multigenerational
Center</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>$1,150,000 - North Domingo Baca
Park</FONT> <BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>$1,000,000 - Council Set Aside</FONT>
<BR><FONT face=Arial size=2>$1,450,000 - Widening of Alameda Blvd. (San Pedro to
Wyoming)</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>This was a great bill and District 4 will benefit
